The success of the season depends on the level of participation each parent is willing to put into their child's team. We have a dedicated group of head coaches and assistant coaches who devote many hours to the development of player skills and team concepts. During equipment handouts we will have a signup sheet for jobs, please signup for a job during the season. If each family volunteers one or two hours a year, it takes a great burden off of our coaching staffs.

Preseason

Field Prep - we need 6-8 people to help line the field. Equipment Setup - we need a few people to help set up the blocking sleds and chutes.

Pregame

Traffic Cones - we need two people to put the cones out on Fredercick's and around Memorial field. This needs to be done by 7:30 AM . Field Prep - we need a few people to put the yardage markers on the field. This needs to be done by 8:00 AM Equipment Setup - we need a few people to bring the water coolers, first aid kits and equipment kits to the benches. This needs to be done by 9:00AM.

During Home Games

Chain Gang - 3 people at each game. This is the best spot to see the game! Time Keeper/Score Keeper - help run the game clock. Spotter - help the announcer with identifying players. Snack Stand - we need a few dads to help in the snack stand. We need to get enough dads together so we can cover all of the games. Please consider helping in games that your child does not participate in. Videotaping - we need help videotaping the games. this is a huge help to the coaching staff. Statistics - some coaches need help with keeping statistics and/or keeping track of substitutions.

Postgame

Traffic Cones - we need two people to clean up the cones out on Fredercick's and around Memorial field. Equipment - we need a few people to bring the water coolers, first aid kits and equipment kits back to the snack stand. We also need the field markers and chains put back in the announcers booth

During the Season

Field Prep - we need 6-8 people to help line the field during the season. Depending on the weather, this will need to be done every week or two. Please consider giving a hand here. With 6-8 people it takes two hours on a Saturday to line the entire field.

Bonfire

On the Thursday before the bonfire, we need three to four people to help stack the wood for the fire. On the Saturday after the fire, we need three to four people to help clean up. this includes putting all of the ashes in black bags and putting in the dumpster, raking the field, and going over the field with a magnet to collect all nails.

Postseason

Equipment Storage - we need a few people to help take apart and store the blocking sleds and chutes.
